March 2026: Newborn Studio Session Recap!

The theme for March 2026: twins!

If there's one thing I'll always remember about my newborn sessions in 2026, it's that I welcomed three sets of twins. That's so unusual — I typically have one set of twins in the studio a year, if that — but how wonderful!

First, I got to meet Callie & Crew, my first set of March twins. Usually with boy/girl twins, the boy is bigger, but Callie was a little bigger than Crew... look at those cheeks!

Then I got to meet Evie and her absolutely gorgeous mama, daddy, and grandma.

Next was little Lenna, who had the chonkiest little cheeks and sweetest disposition.

Then my second set of twins, Ximenna and Kaylani, and their own gorgeous mama and daddy. They had SO much hair!

Oh, and next was Theodore! I met his mama during a chance encounter at the Costco food court — yes, I'm THAT person, the one who approaches pregnant strangers in public and practically begs them to let me photograph their baby once he arrives — and I'm so glad I got to meet this perfect little family!

Then I got to meet Aero and her big sister Amelia. Based on their names, any guesses what their daddy does for a living? If you guessed pilot, you're right!

After Aero, I met Silas & Gideon for a beautiful session in the NICU. I got to see them later in the month in the studio, too! I love how the boys posed exactly the same way — check them out on the plaid!

Then I got to meet Harvey and his sister. They both have the most amazing red hair!

Next was little Morgan and her mommy and daddy. Not shown here was a gorgeous hand-made baptismal gown and family Bible. I love including meaningful heirloom items in newborn sessions.

Last (but not least) was Charlotte and her bright eyes and soft cheeks!

Overall, I photographed 11 newborn sessions in the studio in March, and here are the highlights from each one I'm able to share.

What a month! I already can't wait to see what April has in store!
